Mind Against's HABITAT Releases Metaflora IV Vol. 2 with 15 New Tracks

Mind Against's HABITAT Records returns with Metaflora IV Vol. 2, a 15-track compilation bringing together established and emerging artists across melodic house, techno and progressive electronic music.


Released on October 9, 2026, the project completes the fourth chapter of the Metaflora series, following the first volume in May. Featuring contributions from Colyn, Recondite, Dyzen, Brina Knauss, Ivan Masa and more, the release moves between atmospheric productions and driving, club-focused sounds.


Mind Against Reunites with Tharat and shel·ly


Mind Against continues to develop HABITAT Records as a platform connecting established and emerging electronic music artists.

The compilation opens with “Sorry Mom,” a new collaboration between Mind Against, Tharat and shel·ly, following their previous release “Wagon.” Built around expressive vocals and a rhythmic foundation, the track sets the tone for the project.

Greek duo Momery follow with the piano-driven “Nothing To Do,” while Colyn delivers the acid-influenced “On The Run.” Elsewhere, Dyzen & Sideral join forces on “Hooligan,” alongside contributions from Yet More and Severin Su & Ben Eidani, pushing the compilation into more direct, club-focused territory.




From Atmospheric Melodic Techno to Driving Club Sounds


The compilation also makes room for more restrained productions. Recondite's “Kiczo,” Solique's “Motion,” Hedda Stenberg's “Breathe” and Timelapse's “Don't Hold Your Breath” explore spacious arrangements, minimal basslines and detailed textures.

On the more vocal-driven side, Aether & Brina Knauss contribute “Hunting You,” while Fat Cosmoe & My Flower bring “I'll Be Hurry,” combining melodic elements with a strong rhythmic foundation.

Ivan Masa's “Elettronico,” Fade's “Damac” and CALAO's “TOYBOY” add a rougher, more energetic character to the release, highlighting the range of sounds represented across the 15 tracks.


Metaflora IV Vol. 2: A Showcase of HABITAT's Sound

Launched by Mind Against in 2023, HABITAT has developed into a creative platform connecting electronic music with visual art, technology and live experiences.

The Metaflora compilations have played an important role in the label's catalogue, bringing together artists with different musical backgrounds while maintaining a recognizable sonic direction.



With “Metaflora IV – Vol. 2,” that approach continues. Rather than following a single formula, the compilation presents several sides of contemporary melodic electronic music, from atmospheric productions to more physical, dancefloor-oriented tracks.
